Mirror Newspaper Group Select M21

The Mirror newspaper group have installed M21 in their call centre which handles the response to their Readers Offers advertised in their paper.

M21 will be supporting a fully integrated ERP system which will control every aspect from order taking, stock control, dispatch, accounting, and database management.

M21 was used for this application as it has a proven record in large call centres where speed and resilience are absolutely critical to the enterprise.
