Fulfilment Houses are companies that handle the call taking and product distribution for multiple companies simultaneously. These systems tend to be amongst the largest and most critical in the Mail Order and distribution world.

Aspect Marketing, one of the largest fulfilment houses, handles fulfilment for prestigious clients who include Yellow Pages, RNLI, Ordnance Survey and Brookvine, has recently upgraded its database software.

It chose M21 under Linux in order to cope with the increasing volume in activity. Aspect decided that M21 offered better performance, more stability and better security for lower running cost.
