The maintenance charge of 15% p.a. includes 5 day a week support and product upgrades.

Support is handled by a support team working 9.00 - 5.30 UK time Monday to Friday. Support is handled by email except in emergency situations.

Upgrades are covered by the maintenance charge and include new developments of the product.
